Approval and privileges
What approval means
Creating an account does not grant facility access, booking, or any other privilege. General approval and each individual privilege are reviewed separately, and any privilege may be granted, declined, conditioned, suspended, or revoked at Housa Health's discretion.
Housa Health approval does not guarantee acceptance by licensing boards, payers, credentialing organizations, insurers, pharmacies, banks, registries, platforms, or other third parties.

Booking
Permission to reserve rooms in advance.
Facility access
Permission to enter the suite during business hours.
Practice-Address Authorization
Authorization is conditional and separately approved. Housa approval does not guarantee acceptance by licensing boards, payers, controlled-substance authorities, pharmacies, insurers, banks, registries, platforms, or other third parties.
Practice-location authorization
A conditional authorization reviewed on its own. It does not guarantee acceptance by any third party.
Directory publication
Optional listing in Housa Health materials, granted only on request and review.
Secure Mail Pickup
Secure Mail Pickup is optional and remains separate from general provider approval.
CMRA Form 1583
Required for mail services. USPS Form 1583 and approved identification must be on file.
