Facility rules

These expectations apply to every provider using Housa Health space.

Scheduling and reservations

  • One-hour minimum. Reservations are made in whole hours.
  • Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • All rooms and times require advance reservation and are subject to availability.
  • Members may reserve up to 30 days ahead; On-Demand Facility Access bookings up to 14 days ahead.
  • Hourly reservations may be changed or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Half-day and full-day reservations require at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full and forfeit included hours used.
  • Late arrival does not extend the reservation.
  • A complimentary turnover period follows each reservation and is not usable time.

Facility conduct

  • Facility access is limited to approved providers holding an active facility-access privilege.
  • Rooms must be left ready for the next provider at the end of each reservation.
  • Providers are responsible for their own clinical supplies, equipment, and records.
  • Housa Health does not supply clinical staff or medical direction.

Records and privacy

  • Housa Health does not collect, store, display, or process patient information or PHI.
  • Providers remain solely responsible for their own patient records and compliance obligations.
  • Do not leave patient materials in shared rooms or common areas.

  • Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m..

Facility infrastructure & equipment

  • Housa may provide furnished rooms, exam and treatment furniture, sinks, stools, carts, work surfaces, privacy furnishings, Wi-Fi, access controls, common-area safety equipment, a shared height/weight scale, and standard waste infrastructure.
  • Providers remain responsible for clinical equipment, medications, supplies, and consumables, and specialty items, unless Housa has expressly supplied that item as facility infrastructure.
  • No medication-storage refrigerator is offered at launch.
  • The break-room refrigerator is for food and beverages only. Medications, specimens, and clinical materials are prohibited in it.
