Booking rules

• One-hour minimum. Reservations are made in whole hours.
• Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• All rooms and times require advance reservation and are subject to availability.
• Members may reserve up to 30 days ahead; On-Demand Facility Access bookings up to 14 days ahead.
• Hourly reservations may be changed or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Half-day and full-day reservations require at least 48 hours' notice.
• Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full and forfeit included hours used.
• Late arrival does not extend the reservation.
• A complimentary turnover period follows each reservation and is not usable time.
