Room rates
Payment is due at the time of booking. A complimentary turnover period follows each reservation — 10 minutes after an hourly consultation booking and 15 minutes after an hourly exam booking — and is not usable time.
What applies to every booking
- One-hour minimum. Reservations are made in whole hours.
- Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- All rooms and times require advance reservation and are subject to availability.
- Members may reserve up to 30 days ahead; On-Demand Facility Access bookings up to 14 days ahead.
- Hourly reservations may be changed or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Half-day and full-day reservations require at least 48 hours' notice.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full and forfeit included hours used.
- Late arrival does not extend the reservation.
- A complimentary turnover period follows each reservation and is not usable time.

Monthly membership plans include room hours each period, lower add-on hourly rates and a 30-day booking window instead of 14.
